Does the system even have it? If so, how do you enable it? I didn't see anything in the touch thing in Command Center.

Yes, you have to go to control panel > mouse and activate in the syanptic touchpad options. I set mine up just like the Mac trackpad 8P.
-
Yes it has it. You can also get the latest touchpad driver from Synaptics' actual site and it works relatively well
-
anyone find a two finger right mouse button. really miss that from my mac
-
-
searched like anything for it. seems tapping one finger left mouse. tap zones and no two finger right button.....................unless I'm daft and missed it
-
Yea, I've been in that Snyaptics control panel, nothing about multitouch in any of those tabs... Any ideas? I'm about to check for the drivers now.
-
Nothing in here...

click on settings button, all the gestures and tap zones are in there
-
Yea, I found that, and enabled the pinch thing, but there's no option for scrolling with 2 fingers...
-
Ahh, nevermind! I found it, thanks guys!
-
Yes, there is indeed the option of scrolling with two finders.
You can also download the Synaptics Scribe here which identifies various gestures using one or more fingers like scrolling with 2 fingers and opening your favourite application with three finger press.
Hope this helps! -
was more two finger tap for right button, some of the gestures are hit and miss to say the least.
Three finger swipe is near useless for navigation. No apple touchpad thats for sure lol -
Guess they might improve on what they have right now. -
Compared with the mac the muiltitouch is useless, just a gimmick. I found the option for two finger scrolling but it is no way near as good as what I have on my macbook pro, just end up using the page up/down much easier
-
I dont think its all synaptics fault as the touchpad is certainly looks over function. I'd have preferred they ditch the leds and made the pad better and bigger. Buttons are a tad rubbish also.
Does the job though when on your lap, mouse for me usually though. -
-
Yea, at first the scrolling was bad, but I found if you desensitize your scrolling somewhere, I think in the Alientouch control panel, it became really useful.I don't really use the scroll bar now.
-
Does anyone knows how to enable it on Windows 8??
On the mouse options I don't have that otion. -
If you have it installed already it should be in your taskbar. Double click on it / device settings / settings / scrolling (and all that stuff are there).
