Hey! I've had my laptop for four years now and next to no major problems in this period.

I am away for a couple of weeks and last night I left the laptop in sleep mode, i.e. did not perform a shutdown. It was not connected to the charger, so the battery ran out and I actually woke up to hear the laptop turn on/hibernate - or at least that's what I presume happened, I didn't see it.

This morning it won't start up any more. The charger LED is working, but the alienhead power button LED is not showing signs of life. There's not much I can do here in terms of service, as I will leave to another place soon.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks!

Ok, lol, after some more plugging and unplugging it came back to life. So all seems fine now, crisis averted.

This happened a couple of time on my M15X. I needed to remove the power plug and battery to bring it back to life. Not sure why this happens.
