That the new Mac Book Pro is better than my Allienware -.-

I hate apple, but at least there catching on....still over priced as hell...who can spend 2200 on a laptop?? Starting to regret the fact that I didn't buy a Sager....but maybe I will pick one up in a couple of years...

    Welp....that was it

Yea I have the R1...and yea the Retina MBP has a 650M, 8GB 1600mHZ memory...I haven't looked at the specs for the R2, but isn't that a close spec to the R2?

Quit yer whining. You are looking at this all wrong. You should clearly see that it took Apple almost 2 years to exceed the specs of a 1.5yr old Alienware lower range system with thier high end systems.

why would you complain about that?

The new MBP is much more expensive than the M14x R2. More expensive computers are often times better than less expensive ones. The M14x R2 seems like a better deal in this respect, if you're a gamer, as you're getting very comparable hardware for notably less!

"better" is subjective. And, "catching on..." to what?
