Like for example, when you double tab the touch pad it clicks. Is there a way to disable that?

Yeap, it is in the command centre under AlienTouch (the third one at the bottom of the application).

I'm not happy with the sensitivity of the touchpad's virtual scroll bars. The up down scrolling is very choppy and sometimes I find myself running my fingers over the pad several times in order to get it to scroll. Can anyone offer some settings advice? Thanks. joey

i use and set up two finger scrolling in the synaptics app, find that works very well. Also assigned back and forwards for the web to the top two corners.

Wish I could get two finger tapping as used to like that on my MBP.

Assigning scrolling on the right side of the track pad is always a bit hit and miss for me :)

I could not find this two finger scrolling option. Can you point the way? The two upper corner shortcuts are a great idea as well. Thanks!! joey

Basically if you double click on the synaptics icon to lauch the app from your bottom right hand notification panel.

The click the device settings tab, settings button and you have a whole host of touchpad sillyness to play with. Also disables the touchpad when an external mouse used. :) you should find two finger scrolling and the other is called tapzones
