I ordered my m14x on 8/6 and received it on 8/20. Last week the subwoofer started to cut out intermittently. I went to dell's support site to try and request a replacement subwoofer, but the site tells me my service tag invalid. I called dell and they said it could take up to 21 days for the new service tag to become active. Is this true, or were they just trying to get me off the phone? Has anyone else had this same problem?
