As title, installed 304.48 and now the card has disappeared.

Seemed to install fine, restarted as prompted.

Noticed the GPU activity icon was no longer in the tray and opening the NVIDIA control panel just gives the message:

"NVIDIA Display Settings - An NVIDIA Graphics Card was not detected in your system".

Any suggestions? Tried to re run the installer but this obviously no longer recognises the card.

Not had this specific problem before - the card has always been recognised.

I think this will definitely be my first and last time as an Alienware and NVIDIA customer. If it isn't one thing...it's another.

I was going to get in touch with Dell but I figure their help will amount to noting other than "full restore and stick with Dell provided drivers". Which obviously, is a huge pain in the .

Have you try revert back to whichever version you have install before the 304.48? Plus, the 304.48 is not a WHQL version, it is just Beta, so problem will always more likely to happen and arise with those version than the WHQL's.
