I just got my M11x yesterday, then I see that the M14x is available. I want to return the M11, then they say that they will charge a restocking fee...then they tell me if I order the M14x first they won't charge the restocking fee.

So I am trying to do that, but for whatever reason I need to deal with them in customer care, except customer care is constantly under maintenance. I've tried yesterday and today. Not sure what to do. Should I order the M14x and then tell them I want to return the M11? Why the hell is everyone on the phone from India?

I'm trying to get this done, but I have to first call customer care, from then they would transfer me to sales to order the thing, then they would transfer me back so I can return my M11x. This should go smoothly but the people working there are being too difficult.

If you can find a way to qualify for that EPP, I dealt with stateside customer service reps every time I called.
