    sigh...so many problem :(
I was playing saints row the third and found out that the image is shaky, or should I say flashing
the edge of the image seems blurred, when I brought out steam interface by shift+tab, the shaky text becomes more obvious
I've tried it in various setting, found out it happens only in one scenario:

Output to an external monitor via hdmi, 1080p, dx10/11 mode, fullscreen

The weird thing is , it doesn't happen in the following setup
--turn fullscreen to windowed(keeping everything else the same)
    --turn dx10/11 mode to dx9
--using the built-in monitor instead of the external one
    --clone display to both monitors

I tried fiddling with different options in nvidia control panel, monitor setting, no good
I googled about it, many people had more or less the same issue, but none of the solution fits in my case...
It happens in Civ5 dx10/11 mode as well :(
Could it be a problem of the hdmi cable? coz I'm using a cheapo one
And from what I've heard, it should be a signal output issue
Any idea?? Please, I need your help :( thanks

The gpu is with stock 311.48 driver, and I tried 326.41 beta, still the same problem
Do you need the dxdiag as well??

    UPDATE:

Switching to discrete graphics mode solved the problem!!! weeeeee :p
It seems like the optimus is causing many problems....Let see if it fixes the occasional stutter as well ;)
