    Eh decided no on the keyboard cover as they apparently trap heat. Still considering the skin though. Does the sleeve have any room for the charger?

    Surely the ventilation on the m14x is on the bottom (and sides?) where you can feel the air come out of when the fan kicks in and not through the keyboard?

    I've just orded one of those keyboard covers though so I'll let you know how i get on.

    Of course the main vent is on the bottom and back side, but I read alot of heat still comes out through the keyboard since its all open. It wont make a huge difference but trapping heat in a laptop is never a good idea

    the skins looks pretty cool. My main concern is that would the heat when gaming affect the adhesiveness of it after a while.

    guess you would not know till you've tried it right? but boy, that'll be way too much heat if the skin will peel off. good thing i did not buy my M14X mainly for gaming.

    I doubt the skin would come off from heat. It only covers the lid and the palmrest. If it covered the bottom, that would be a different story. I mainly want one to cover the lid to protect from scratches

    The idea to protect it is great the designs on them a poor though. The bag looks decent though. But what about the space for the charger?
