Hi I want to how long do your wait for depot repair to finish. I'm waiting about 3week now. What happen was my m14 have a white screen when turn on. When I call customer service they said I will get a new one and it's on order. But I get different order date and the order is still pending. They did not tell what spec there are ordering. I need the laptop for school. Any help will be appreciated.

You must call alienware to see if there is a problem with your order. Once I was having problems with the killer network adapter and they where going to send me a new one. Then the same problem as you, after some time the order was still pending. I call alienware and effectively there was a problem with the order. They placed again the order and it delay less than a week to arrive, so just call alienware and until they said it is shipped just keep calling.

agreed with the above. Depot turn around times should be between 1-2 weeks max.

I would also demand that your warranty is extended proportionate to the amount of time you've been without your laptop.

I just got a call from them that they are replacing me with a new Alienware 14. So I have to wait another 2 week for the system built.

It usually takes no longer than 3 weeks unless there is a part shortage. In that case a replacement may happen (like in your case).
