I just received the M11x today(4/20) and I was really excited. Then I went to the Alienware site and saw the M14x, the laptop I've been waiting for but was a little too impatient(I ordered the M11x just a week from today). I'm bummed. Is there anyway I can not pay for restocking fees? I mean, I'm going to just exchange it for the bigger model.

Call them ASAP. You have 21 days. It's pretty likely they won't charge you any fees, especially if you are going to buy another Dell/Alienware.
