I just sold my laptop and was wondering if anyone knows how I can reset it to like it was when it was first delivered to me?

I have sold 6 or 7 laptops and every time I use the factory fresh reinstall it loses such software as WoW, Eve online and Office even though they were on when it was first delivered. Anyone have any ideas?

    Thanks!

Use the alienrespawn software that came with your laptop.
