After clean installing Windows 7 Professional I have not been able to change my keyboard backlights with AlienFX. When I download it the colour wheel has no colour and after more than 15 minutes of fiddling with it I've been unable to give it options. I know that the lights are stored in the BIOS because after deleting everything on my disk the same (bad) colour combination that I chose remains. Is there a way for me to either fix the issue with AlienFX or change it without software?

Another problem I'm having is that I must have my mouse (a Razer Naga) unplugged when powering up or it'll stay stuck on the black screen with a

symbol flashing in the top left corner.

    Thank you.

You might have to re-download the Command Centre (Download it from Dell) do NOT install from the Disc because it might corrupt your Keyboard.

You wont be able to delete the BIOS by simply format your hard drive because it is tied to the motherboard, unless you replace a completely new hard drive that the BIOS will be gone forever. You cant do it without the need of Command Centre, because it is the AlienFX's driver.

EDIT: Dell change their Driver & Download interface, and now the M14x's driver download page is not found, damn it dell, if it aint broke dont fix it! But I'll upload the one I download last time (2month ago) I've upload the command centre that I've download it 2 month ago, follow this link Alienware_Command-Center-Not_A00_R296137 to download.
