This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Ok, my friend has error 51, Steam, we have deleted cache, reinstalled Skyrim, amended UAC settings, we CAN run from the folder as admin, but not full screen...
    But he wants it working from Steam, as any of us would, please help people!

    Try going to the realtek Audio HD control panel, go to Speaker/Headphone, Default Format, and set it to 44.1hz
