Hey guys last night, I was trying to switch to my new SSD on my M14x R1 when I disconnected my old HDD and connected my new SSD and it wouldn't boot, told me nothing was connected, so thats when I saw that these 2 very small wires fell off....

I didn't pull hard on the wires or anything of that sort....it just came off...seems like glue or something...

What do you guys think my best option is now? Also I try to boot from my usb but I get a blue screen and reboots again..

    Any help is appreciated it.

Looks like you need to re-solder them.

    agree with above post

or buy a new one/ask for replacement from Dell

quick google of "M14x HDD cable" comes up with many results around $30
