Hi all, thought i may as well post here while i try and get my m14x sorted.

The top of the lid had a really small pin point dent but upwards rather than down on the lid.

Thought i would post here just to advice anyone that recently bought one to make sure they really check over there system, it was a tiny dent but at the tip you could see metal, i was more worried about the paint eventually coming off.

Loads of calls to dell, they said because it's so new they can;t come and replace the lid and offered me 5% discount, but said na, there coming tue to pick it up, so hoping the refund process is fast so i can order a new one.

Just wanted to let everyone know as i left it for the 7th day to check it, i got lucky, but make sure you fully check your system as much as you can for any possible signs or design faults, if it's an internal fault they will sort it right away but not a visual fault.
