    Haha sorry but really what does some guy who sits at a desk with a set of responses to each question really know? Unless you are talking to an actual engineer, not tech engineer btw, you honestly have not had really an insight to the computer itself. It is basically one guy/gal’s uneducated guess. Sorry but some guy/gal sitting through a 1 day seminar isn’t going to teach him the ins and outs of a computer. Even more so when Dell sells some around 100+ different models at a time.

    Honestly I blame Intel.... Why you ask?... Because I find it is easier for me to blame someone who makes the product then pushes me to the guy who sells it when it comes to problems. This is the unfortunate part of buying into the new products as they come with their little.... quirks?... Never the less I doubt Dell will ever get you any information on this and if we are lucky we may see a driver/firmware update that fixes the issue as if they knew about it from the start.

    Another big problem is that not everyone is experiencing this issue... This leaves the peopel with this issue out to dry basically since Dell can just blame your hardware.

    I am all for them fixing whatever issue you having.... I personally have a M4 128Gb and have had little, stupid RST power management, to no problems so I understand, but to play devils advocate Dell didn’t sell you the components in your computer so you are on your own here.

    What is this guy from Dell's legal department? We know it's not going to max out the drive speed at all times. At the very least, we should expect it perform better than 3Gb/s class drives. It's the fact that the RST software first reports it as 6Gb then drops down to 3Gb. It should be 6Gb and perform in that realm of performance ALL the time. Especially when the AC is plugged in. The way the controller reports the drive currently makes it look like a bug.
