The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Decided two things this week:

    1. There's a wealth of knowledge on this board and decided to join here after reading this forum for the past week. (although a lot of people ask questions before reading what's already been posted ha - not unique to this board)

    2. Based on the reviews and helpful info (re: discounts) was able to pull the trigger and place my order for the m14x.

    Thanks to all posted suggestions and commentary on the M14x options. Cheers!
