Hopefully this info will help those still having issues.

Cheers.
Edit: This is a partial fix until AW/Dell comes out with a permanent fix

I thought it was kind of implied that gaming at not full power everything worked ok. This isn't really a fix, I think everyone knows they can turn things down and game. The complaint is *if* you do put everything at 100%, the laptop just shuts off. I'm pretty sure automatic shut off's, under any user configured scenario's, were not part of the design plan.
Thanks for the help, but I think your title is a little misleading. -
I agree, this is not really a fix since the you cant use the laptop at it's full capacity. The issue is mostly with the video card vs battery and not the processor.

This "fix" was actually posted on another thread here as well...
EDIT: I was wrong, this is different than the other one i'm referring to..my bad -
Yeah... Didn't really get the point to this "fix". I never had
Problems playing on battery in the lower power settings that were set on the laptop by default. Didn't even have to turn off the "turbo" mode for the CPU. -

Reading the fine print in thread it sounds pretty clear actually that voltage of cpu plus voltage of gpu equal not going to game longer than 25 minutes anyway at full power. Not rocket science really
