    Ok, so ive heard alot of people cant seem to get this game to run properly... so.... here is what i did.

    update to the new drivers. 275.27
    and white list the game and voilla! the game will run :D
    also remove the CPU over-clock and you should always stay above 25FPS

    im running everything on HIGH save for the reflection (anything past medium i cannot see a difference)

    right now im at 27 - 47 FPS never below :D

    270 drivers were the fix. Only ones i've read where gta doesnt play is the stock 267. Cheers and have fun

    If you patch to 1.0.04 as opposed to any other patch, you should see a nice performance boost from that as well. The latest patch as the potential to reduce your frames by a huge amount, even if you disable shadows. Some also experienced better performance after using the Realizm IV 6.2 patch but only with patch 1.0.04.
