    The level of support received is pretty much equal to the level of intelligence suggested by the question.

    1). There are numerous overclocking threads in this very forum, using the search feature before making a new one can be most beneficial.

    2). As said many many times all GPUs are different. There are lucky ones that can clock extremely high, sometimes even higher than the stronger models and there are worse ones that can hardly overclock at all. The best method of getting the most out of your card is by pushing it to it's limit. Overclock a bit, then run a stressing benchmark (Furmark, MSI Kombustor, etc) for 15 minutes and if you don't get a crash increase clocks a bit further. When you crash or see artifacts on the screen roll back to the previous clocks and you have your personal answer to the question.
