Hi, I tired to run 3Dmarks on battery and the score was really low (4036) and I got 12566 when plugged in. So I tired to downgrade the bios, I ran 3Dmarks on battery again and at the end of the test my laptop shutted down (like I expected). After that I was unable to power it on again on battery, so I removed the battery and I plugged it again and it fixed the problem, I flashed the bios to A03, and now I want to see if there is a way to overclock the GPU on battery with the A03 bios, because with A01 even if I didn't see the score the FPS were really high compared to the test with A03 bios.
    Thanks in advance.

I use MSI Afterburner to overclock my GPUs on my desktop. It should also work with laptops.

Afterburner don't work on battery with A03 bios, I'll try precision.
EDIT: Same with EVGA precision, when I try to overclock and then I apply the settings just reset.

Don't really know how to do this myself, but i have heard of it workinng in other threads and i don't remember their titles.

Change the screen refresh rate to 40 mhz on battery rather than 60 mhz, and then in the power options change the max cpu ability to about 1.5 ghz

The reason why you cant overclock is because their is not enough energy being sent to the GPU from the battery because it cannot support everything at once. Lowering other stuff at the same time allows the Gpu to go faster.
