Did it take long? Do they have to build it all over again and ship from China?
And did they require the original box+accessories when picking it up?

    Thanks. :)

I live in India. (Just mentioning)
I got my initial order in 15-16 total days(was told 20-25 days)
Then I had to file for replacement since the processor was stock, not upgraded. Went and returned in less than 2 weeks.
And they did build it all over again on a new cabinet.
They did require ALL accessories which were INSIDE the box, as well as the box.

Mine was cross-shipped. After they placed the replacement order, I received it the next day. Have 10 days to ship back the old laptop. Though mine is refurbished but you should always request a cross-ship if possible. ;)
