Nvidia just released verde 304.48 beta drivers and they are listed as supporting the 650m.

    Drivers - GeForce
    They can be found here:
    Drivers - GeForce

I'm hoping this fixes some of the stutter issues that I've seen in Diablo 3 (adaptive v-sync would also be nice). I'll post back if I have any issues (won't be able to install them until tonight though). It looks like some people are reporting that they are not working on other mobile Kepler based laptops.

Can anyone confirme that this driver allows us to display three screens at once ? ( Internal + VGA + HDMI )

I can't download it right now to test it.

hopefully we'll be off the OEM only distribution model and nVidia will be the source from now on to get drivers.

Looks like we will still need to use a hacked inf to install the latest drivers...

Nvidia's mobile drivers are major fail.

nvidia seems to be ignoring posts on their forums, coz members complained for lack of support for 650m, and still no working official driver for 650m

    shame on them

    LaptopVideo2Go: Drivers

This inf file will get it on your laptop.

My laptop is bluescreening at boot with these drivers. I don't recommend them for the m14x r2 at this time.

drivers work fine for me. Full uninstall of old drivers, driver sweeper with safe boot to COMPLETELY remove old nvidia drivers. Install new drivers with updated INF. works fine so far.. however.. 30-45 point drop in 3dmark11.

We know matrism, but a lot of us generally have a nice T.V. or monitor with HDMI and an older monitor with VGA, at least that's my situation, some people have awesome monitors but the M14x only has 1 HDMI port, so VGA is their alternative.

For instance I don't have a MDP so I have to make do with HDMI and VGA, and apparently it's a driver problem that's causing HDMI and VGA to clash with the internal and not be used together, so that's why people are getting excited with the possibility of new drivers fixing the problem. :)

    Is adaptive vsync working?

    Is Diablo 3 any smoother?

If so I may give it another shot tonight.

Rep'd. What Saurey said. Put your big boy pants on folks, install and test. Post your findings. I already posted what I tested which was a 30-45 points lower in 3dmark11.

How do you get these drivers to install, if you replace the .ini file you get the blue screen of death, wont install without the .ini file replaced though :(

I went back to 301.42 whql. It just seems to have better dx11 performance. But im running at 1070mhz clocks and score above 2870 in 3dmark11 now. See my post in this thread.

@Trev - I try to offer simple advice and it seems the kids just troll the posts. I'm sure someone will have more patience than I do to show you how to install modified drivers.

Didn't even make it into a game. Connected a 24" LCD via HDMI, watch both screens flicker for a second and got blue screen on the laptop LCD. Rolled back to 296.16 and hadn't had anymore issue.

Been running the modified BIOS as well since yesterday and can confirm 1070 core clocks. :). +10% performance bump in Metro for me WITH 304.48. Likely better if I switch to a different driver build as this one does not seem to be the best.

for one, using an SSD and the 304.48 driver, there is significant delays in opening small executable files (300kb) which on an SSD would open instantly, and of course it is not the SSD it self, If i use a different driver from clevo's website, it disappears. I'm just not even going to bother installing this driver until something OFFICIAL and not beta, comes out for this chip.

I dont see how anyone else wouldnt have these same issues.
