This happened while i was on skype and league of legends , first their started being a static noise in my mic and it became more and more intense , then i checked my cpu usage and it was at 98% , then the game got mad laggy and my pc just closed , when i reopened it i noticed the fan made a small ticking noise and went back and fourth , also the temps were at 95-97 how can i unstick it ? :O

This happened to my hp once. It was dust clogging the fan. I used a vacuum and a fine pin to move the fan. Try moving the fan with a pin or something, and use a vacuum to see if it is blocked by dusk or to try and get it moving again using the air flow from it.
