    FX Lights going bad

    I have the light around my mouse pad set up to be white but in the corners and on the top it looks orange and under a few of my keys it looks as if the lights have busted and on certain colors look to deep and bright or on lighter colors like white it just comes out orange, if i contact dell what can they do to solve this for me because my m14x is only a little over a month old and the lights should not be in this condition

    i assume they will send you a new keyboard? Not sure on the mousepad.

    Either way you might get something refurbished, might be something new.
