Since I did this my max for BF3, which was over 95 because I set Core Temp to auto shut off computer at 95 degrees, I've gotten max temps on BF3 of 75 degrees. All I did was open up the computer, stick a screwdriver in a fan to just make sure the fan didn't spin too fast and break, and blow with my own mouth into the back vent. I didn't have any compressed air around, and just air from my own lungs took out 3 or 4 pretty big dust bunnies and a few smaller particles. It hasn't been cleaned for about 3 and a half months, which isn't too long at all. It took about 3 minutes to do the whole thing. If you did read my earlier thread about the fan control, I did have it on default when I tested just to be sure.
So if you haven't cleaned the fan in a while, give this a try! Pretty easy to do, no tech experience really needed.

It's necessary to hold down the fan, read somewhere that if you blow air to the fans and it keeps on spining it'll produce electricity which could fry parts of the motherboard.

Also blowing air out of the vents with your mouth will have moisture which could corrode parts of the mobo that's why compressed air has always been suggested.

Haha, yeah, I knew about the fan being held down but not the moisture from my mouth... But hopefully no harm done, right?

yeah, it's more common in desktop motherboards where people blow on the cpu fan while still being attached to the motherboard lol....saliva all over your mobo = dead mobo in 6 months.
