    can you give me some examples of what games you ran/fps of the game?

    Also, do you have to set certain affinities in Task Manager if you're using a quad-core i7? Because Dolphin is only optimized for dual-core and the i7 has 8 virtual cores, doesn't it?

    I got about 40-60fps for Super Smash Bros Brawl. I don't know about changing anything on task manager. When I start a game on Dolphin, it shows my laptop's specs and it says it's running the 8 cores.

    I've never done that. I've played mainly GC games and they all run very fluid and smooth even in high resolution with anti aliasing. Make sure you set the frame limit or else it will run too fast.
