    Hi

Since today my screen doesn't display the colors correctly.
Best way i can describe it is the same you sometimes get when you install an older videogame, and the graphics are screwed up.
I have an alienware m14x (obviously) with gpu Geforce GT 555 m, processor i7 - 2670QM, and the rest is availeble on request.
i attached a 2 screenshots showing what the problem is.

ps. it happened after max payne 3 crashed, but i doubt that thats the problem.

It looks like the color depth has been screwed up, make sure it`s set to 32bit

EDIT : then again some of those images look corrupt, top left of picture 1, try upgrading the video driver`s

It looks like your computer's gone into ... 256-color mode, which is probably a driver bug, yeah. Try what Tinderbox suggested. Otherwise it could possibly be a dying GPU chip, I know someone whose 8600M GT does similar things after some stress or gaming because of a problem with the GPU itself.

    hi
i solved it by changing the resolution back to 1600x900
strange problem, could the crash of max payne 3 have caused this?

Yes, game can run at a different resolution , when they crash, they don't have a chance to restore the original resolution back.

    Glad you fixed your problem.
