As far as I know there isnt yet an official driver for the GT650M, there is a beta version however I saw some people report that they got BSOD after install it, so for my suggestion, I recommend you stay with the current driver, though I did not say that you will definitely get a BSOD too because there are also some user report that it is working fine for them, so there are chance but it is very slim.

Refer to this link for reference: M14x R2 BSOD (regular 296.16 Nvidia Driver)

    304.48
    - If you simply install this driver with an updated .inf OVER the old driver without completely un-installing it you will get a blue screen upon reboot.
To make this work you must first go into your control panel and completely un-install 296.10. Do this for all 4 or 5 components of it. Then once its done, I would sweep the registry to make sure its clear. Then install 304.48.

I decided to go back to 304.48 to give it another try. When installing I did a custom install and DID NOT INCLUDE the 3D drivers, The Nview component or the Nvidia Update portion. I've been back on it since Wednesday night and it seems ok so far. Mostly played BF3 and Diablo 3. A little Rift as well. Performance is good. Some games you may not notice any change from 296.10.

So theoretically, the m14x R2 drivers should now be readily available from NVidia on update? I think I updated my m11x's drivers twice in the past 2.5 years...sad how Dell never got on the ball with that.

If this one is Optimus, I'll call the m11x's "Megatron." :)
