    Hi, My Alienware M14x R2 has a few !!!! in the device manager, please could someone help me pick what drivers to download??

    ok, thanks. are these drivers on the alienware/dell download page? I must admit I haven't seen them there....i'll have to double check. thanks for the help mate.

    Hi, ive sorted the freefall but I cant find a Smart battery driver anywhere?????

    They've probably bundled it in some generic all-sort-of-bling-bling-fluff-you-haven't-asked-for 'driver' (under " Applications"). Or it might be CD-only.

    A good alternative is Lenovo's driver site; try this one for Windows 7 (or Windows 8). Most laptops hail from the same factory anyway ... and Lenovo offers a wide range of devices, you can find drivers for the rarest of components there.

    I'm glad it's doing fine now. You can always google the HW IDS to get missing components drivers.
