    Dell order verification team?

    Recently ordered my m14x from the Alienware website. Received an email today from the 'dell order verification team' in which they asked for me to confirm my home address and card holders address. The email was sent from a dell.com email address. Is this normal? Has anybody else had this happen to them?

    Any feedback would be appreciated!

    One day after my order, I received a phone call from this verification team to verify my shipping address and some other details.

    Okay thanks very much. Just seems a bit strange that they need these details. I guess it must be to prevent fraud or something.
