I'm trying to look up drivers for my laptop but my service tag doesn't work on the site. Anyone else have this problem?

See here:

Drivers & Downloads (M14x)
Entering a service tag will only select the list of drivers for that model. it will not generate a custom list of drivers based on your configuration.
You might want to contact AW Support and let them know the site is not recognizing your service tag but its not that big of an issue. Probably just a glitch in the DB. -

I would still get in touch with dell concerning the service tag though..the drivers are the LEAST of your worries!!

Thanks. I contacted Dell. Apparently the guy registered my service tag. It's been a week since, but it still wont' recognize my service tag.

Just log in to the smartsource website with your Dell Account login. You dont have to have the tag under your name. Key in the service tag and it will show you the appropriate software. Again, you have to have a service tag and login with your Dell Acct.
Dell can't find my service tag.
