So I have had my m14x for close to a month now and I received a call from a 1-800 number. It was Dell inquiring about extended warranties, I listed to what they had to say, I declined, thought it was all good. A few days later (today) I get another call from a Dell rep and I was having trouble understanding what she was even calling about. After she asked for all of my information I started to get irritated and asked very plainly: What is this call in reference to, and are you charging anything to my DFS account? She answered back that since I had purchased an Alienware system through the EPP program and my payments were over 20 per month, they were upgrading my warranty and giving me a gift card as a promotion. This made no sense so I reiterated that I was not being charged anything whatsoever and she said no I wasn't.

Surprise, 6 hours later my DFS account was charged about $475 bucks. DON'T LET THEM DO THIS TO YOU, I AM A VERY INTELLIGENT PERSON BUT THEY FLAT OUT LIED TO ME IN THEIR BROKEN ENGLISH.

I will never buy another Dell, also their website for both DFS and regular support is down for web chat and I was on hold for 15 minutes and got hung up on. Looks like I am going to get super screwed on this one.

What are all those abbr stand for? like DFS and EPP. For those non-English speaking countries Rep, you need to confirm with them like twice or thrice, otherwise, you get this thing you trouble with.

I also having some trouble as most the rep I talk to are either Indian or Philiphine which those countries arent English as the first language though.
