    Delayed, twice.

    I ordered my m14x on May 13th. The EDD was May 31st. It got pushed back to June 23rd, and now it's pushed back again.

    Apparently they don't have any wireless cards available in stock (I have the upgraded one, not the stock), and that's causing the delay. Kind of silly how they're manufacturing laptops without wireless cards.

    I've called Dell about 8~10 times, talked for at least 15 minutes each time, they told me they would keep a feedback/keep me updated/expedite the order/have a team do a follow up on my case. So far I realized that's all bull, and they aren't really doing anything. I've been offered a $125 discount, which is almost insulting consider the laptop has been delayed twice, and is still in production.

    I've already learned to simply tell the lackies to transfer me to the manager/supervisor every time I call, and I've been speaking to them since the last 4 calls I've made. They seem pretty insistent that I should cancel the laptop whenever I bring up discounts/coupons.

    So my question is, what is left in my power that I can get these people to get my laptop delivered? Are there any other people that I can speak to other than those Indians who couldn't care less? I'm running out of options here and considering just canceling the order.

    I just realized how ridiculous 6 weeks is. Order has been canceled.

    I at first order, they told me that my EDD is 6 week away, but after a few days the Order Receive move to In Production, the EDD move a week backward, then when it said Ready to be Ship, it move back again to just in 4 weeks, then after that it is arrive in NZ, it finally move back to just 2 week, the EDD is 24th/Jun which is today, but the Delivery is even before the EDD, I got the M14x yesterday.

    Sorry to hear that, I dont know why they dont have enough part in stock as in US, the percentage of people buying it is high, so they should have keep it in store all the time. And yeah it is very insulting, where you been delay a few times and get only a $125 offer.

    That is weird, I ordered on the 10th this month and got it on the 21st I think so 11 days from ordering.

    Well, i ordered on the 17th this month, and initial EDD was 4th July which was next month. However, by luck or by chance, the EDD is now moved on to 28th of this month which is really awesome!
