    Hi People,

have you ever tryd creating a fresh image of your m14x with norton ghost or something else,
because my problem is every time i want to copy the image back to the hdd, it gets stuck at about 75% and i have to reinstall it with the dvd´s...

with my m15x which i had before this problem never occured, its really strange and i don´t know why because when creating the image all is without error codes it just says"image file created successfully"

i am using Ghost 11.02 and i save the image on a usb 2.0 stick with ntfs.

    any ideas?

I use Acronis True Image, it works a treat and is really easy to backup and restore. I backed up my M14x before I even turned it on for the first time, so if I want to resell I can put the image back on and the person buying will have the initial windows set up intact.

Yeah i've even copied the image to a completely different hard drive, its a exact copy with no problems at all.
