    Hey guys,

So before I got my m14x R2, I bought a CM U2 for it. Perfect fit and it cools very well. However, I find that the laptop tends to slip off of it, even when using the elastic band that is provided. At first, I put it on the front and covered part of the touchpad (have a mouse, no issue), but that didn't work very well for securing it. After that, I put the strap almost all the way towards the hinge area, covered part of the function key row and the power button (can see it through the strap). It also sits on part of the rubber in that area, and I find that it is more secure..

But I'm wondering - has anyone else experience the slipping I have? If so, how'd you fix it?

I put 2 1"erasers on the lower side. Levels the cooler pretty good and no slipping. The angle was kind of awkward for me in the first place. And also don't forget to clean the fans. They get pretty dusty fast but at lest the built in m14 fan stays clean.
