    i try to open alien fx editor, and this message appears,

    it simply says, that command center stopped working

    try reinstalling it? I had a similar problem i went to Dell's support page and did a fresh install.
    Though i have one problem, unlike my alienware m15x, My m14x alienhead does not have the "breathing" effect anymore when u close the lid and put it on sleep.

    Well, it's not your M14x does not have that breathing effect, because the Alienware M14x does not feature that feature, I think Dell trying to design the M14x to be a whole new series, not a re-design refurbish from the M15x, so that's maybe why it does not feature that. But I hope they add that feature back when the R2 release.
