    Hi everyone!
This is my first time posting in here, and apologizes for all grammar/spelling mistakes, English is not my native language.

Anyway, I bought Alienware 14 laptop at October 2013 and it's running Windows 8. I miss my Windows 7 Ultimate, and want it back. My mom (yes, you read correctly, my mom) bought me Win7 Ultimate as a birthday present, but now I'm worried about one thing. How am I able to get back AlienRespawn, Autopsy and Command Centre (not sure if it's spelled that) ?

I have watched AlienTech's Youtube channel, and there is that one great video how to change OS. Well.. They are using that Windows 7 CD with Alienware's logo. I only have that digital version of regular Win7 Ultimate. I don't even know how to get that Alienware's CD. I live in Finland and any of our shops are not even selling Alienware...

So if someone know something about this "issue", please help me :)

Well, there is nothing wrong with Win8 (actually mine is Win8.1, but it's same thing (?) than Win8). It's just that I really like some old games, like Sims 1 & 2, which are not working properly on Win8. I know that Win8 is "faster" than Win7, but I just feel like going back to the 7.

Oh and also, I have noticed that my software for raw photos isn't performing well on Win8. My other computer has Win7 Ultimate (it's just some regular Asus laptop), and that software is performing amazingly!

I would start by calling Dell. No surprise the sales phone numbers page is missing but customer support page opens.

At least they should be able to give you directions where to ask for install/driver discs if they are available.
