    So in a different test you only hear the buzzing? Maybe its just the test?

    And if your USB ports are loose, get them fixed by dell. My asus had that happen and it shut off completely and wouldnt turn back on with the battery in when I plugged something into it. Kinda scary

    That USB IS NOT loose, some couple of desktops at my school also does the same thing, so it is just normal, or maybe they design it to be loose like that.

    I don't think the port is loose in the casing, just the peripheral is loose in the port. Which is good, else you would have too much friction getting it in and out.
