I was trying to backup my M14x for the first time and inserted a blank completely new CD. I tried backing it up but apparently it was not formatted so I told it to format the CD. the backup failed somewhere near the end where the format was apparently incompletely. I tried running the back up again but it failed because there were already files of another computer on it, probably the unfinished parts. I deleted the files off the CD and restored it to its defaults but now it still says it has a bunch of data on it. Only 123 MB on a 702 MB CD. Why does it say that?

I thought the backup used DVDs? could be an issue with the drive.....
