I am planning to buy an Alienware m14X R2 from US.

I will be moving to India soon.

My Question is Will I get the warranty in India ?

Its not bought in my name ? (any issues)

Is there any means I can get the warranty in India (Please point it out )

    Thanks in advance.

I think Dell laptops do come with international warranty. You should chat with a Dell representative though, to make sure.

I also have a doubt. I have these options as laptops.

Samsung Series five laptop with GT650 ,2GB DDR3

    Alienware M14X R2 with GT650 2GB DDR5.

Which should I take ? Will it make that much of difference for gaming in laptops.

Samsung lap comes with Full HD screen 1080p while M14X comes with 900p ?

The ddr5 will make a great difference in games; Ddr3 is old technology.

If the same laptop is not sold in India you might not get propper support or parts for replacement and might be asked to send it back to the US for repairs. Also when you call in it is better if the informaton on the service tag is completely yours to avoid confusions or issues with the Phone Support.
