    Dell Alienware M17x Single Keys C/N 7M2GV NSK-D8C0U BN | eBay
like this perhaps, i was looking around yesterday and found others on ebay, but cant seem to find them now, im assuming the keyboards are same, simply the addition of a numpad on the m17x.
    hope it helps :)

I dont think M17x's keyboard can fix the M14x's, plus I also dont think the numpad can be separated as well.

To OP, If your M14x still under the warranty then Call Dell for the replacement. It is better than buy the M17x's key to replace even it fit but it is not build for different model.
