    Hi,
I didnt order the bluetooth card with my M14x and now want to get it for my razer orochi instead of my lame bluetooth dongle taking up one of my usb slots.
I have seen a few threads where people wanted to order the card and have provided the part number.
Thing is, I just spoke to an "Alienware Specialist" over Dell webchat and they told me: "we've been informed by technical support not to sell Internal cards after Point of sale as they don't work"
I think this is a load of old bull, its like saying that you cant change the wireless card after point of sale as it wont work!
Did anyone else have any success in ordering the card and cable from Dell?

An update just in case anyone has the same issue:

I ordered the dell bluetooth 375 on ebay with the long cable, fitted it, and voilla it works fine once the dell drivers are installed from the m14x driver downloads.

Thanks for the awful advice Dell Rep and Dell Tech!

It works very well with the Orochi once all the Dell and Orochi drivers are installed. In hindsight I should have payed up front to get the bluetooth in the first place, but if you are happy to take apart the control centre, keyboard and palm rest then its very easy just to screw the card in place and connect the wiring.
BUT - the main thing here is to get the long connecting wire as it is a good 2.5 to 3 inches that you have to route between the connectors on the card and main board.
    I hope this helps.

Oh and I like the mouse, it was lagging when waking when I the bluetooth dongle plugged in for connection, but it doesnt do that with the internal card for some reason - maybe the dongle and the mouse were lagging?
I find it much better for gaming when it is plugged via usb, which kind of defeats the object of the wireless capability. You can live with it unplugged, but if you want some real precision response then you need the usb connector.

I wasn't able to add bluetooth on my M14x for some odd reason. I did added it after the fact (What a painful install) I use the Orochi as well and I haven't had any issues with it. However, I ordered the Bluetooth Module and Cable and when I opened my Laptop there already was a bluetooth cable attached to the motherboard  . Anyone else had that?

just ordered a Roccat Kone (+) gaming mouse anyway. so my plans of a wireless Orichi are dead in the water! heard too many reports that you needed to use it wired really!
