I just received my new Alienware M14x laptop a couple of weeks ago, and I thought I would plug (via USB) my external blu-ray drive in to play a blu-ray movie, but it would show a message saying "that the blu-ray disk format is unsupported". Now I am able to do the same thing with an HP laptop, and it would play fine. Both laptops have the same video playback software, which enables it to play blu-ray movies. Has anyone encountered the same problem with their M14 x?
