If you change from the default Alienware theme to the default Windows theme it will change to the default windows logon screen. If you mean you lost the Alienware login screen just go back to the Alienware theme. Im not sure how you would make it custom, although I KNOW it can be done pretty easily.

If you go to change your wallpaper, you will see one of the folders to choose from is "Alienware". This has a bunch of the default Alienware wallpapers loaded with your machine.

And heres a bunch of custom ones

Theyre not 900p but just hit the "Fill" button for sizing under Windows

If the theme changing doesn't work like gears described, you can manually change the login screen to any pic as long as you have the pic, by placing it in a file folder in the windows folder. I'm not sure of its exact location but it can be found very easily by googling it. How to Change the Logon Screen on Windows 7 - TechSpot Guides

I picked one of the Alienware wallpapers and then repeatedly changed the Hue in Gimp saving each as a new image. You can set the wallpaper to automatically change in Windows 7, so I now have it looking like it's fading through the colours of the rainbow :)

I got a collection of 900p wallpapers that I use on my M17x that i'm in the process of uploading to Photobucket for you guys. I uploaded all the original alienware ones just to keep safe. Hope some of you find some you like. I'll add more as I come across them. :)
