    Hi everyone,

Some of you here already got their hands on the M14x but, correct me if I'm wrong, we still haven't heard any feedback about battery life.

How is the battery life ?

I would really like to know how long the M14x can stay unplugged when only browsing using Wifi and max screen brightness for instance.

    Thank you in advance !

This is exactly what I'm looking for too.

    Browser open using Intel IGP
    Screen at 100% brightness
    WiFi and AlienFX on.
    Everything else off.

    On battery,

With AlienFX off, Brightness at 1 Notch above lowest settings, and wifi on w/regular browsing

I got around 5hrs 30min of just browsing web. (my battery was already at 95% when it displayed this)

Hmm. So it seems you can only hit 6 hours with no brightness, everything off. (and idling too maybe)
