I only use my alienware m14x mostly at dusk because I can't stand the glare on the screen. Then I saw this screen protector from dell.com and it's for the M14x I was wondering if it's worth buying it. If not then I'm just gonna stick to using my m14x at night since I have two other laptops that are functional thanks!

it is worth it, but youre better off buying it from the manufacturer, or amazon. also, let it be know that it is a pain to apply perfectly.

I was fortunate enough to have two m14xs side by side. I installed the Anti Glare protector purchased directly through Dell when I configured my machine. The link shows both with and without so you can get a good understanding on what to expect. I've had it for over 6 months now and it's been awesome. No regrets with the exception of a single dust bubble the bottom of the screen that drives me nuts. Aside from that I can't imagine not having it.

If you buy it from dell, you can return or exchange if you install it incorrectly.

I think the anti glare screen is a must. It made my screen so much easier to see. It is difficult to install. You can remove it and reinstall. I did that several times. It is still not perfect. I may try it again. I recommend requesting them to install when you order rather than shipping it to you separately.
