Have RAID config set up, but Windows does not see any hard disk drives. I can't find the F6 driver anywhere on Dell's poor site.

    Anyone have a link?

BTW, called support, sat on hold for an hour. Talked to someone - had no idea and went and talked to others. Eventually the line just hung up on me.

It's called IRST or Intel Rapid Storage Technology driver. You need to download it and then extract the files on the root folder of your USB key.

What Windows DVD are you using? They should have built in support without drivers!
