    All Alienware chat representatives are currently busy assisting other customers or the queue is closed?

    should i wait?

    how did you manage to get your screen cover fix'd? send to repair or what?
    and about the soft coat coming off?

    If the chat reps have been busy for an extended time, I'd recommend logging a support request. They've been pretty good calling me back recently (usually next business day). Log the support request, and try live chat tomorrow but hopefully they'll get back to you in the meantime and you'll have a direct rep to call / email.
